Vibrant Country Home Paintings & Afrocentric Illustrations

Expressionism
01
Oil Paintings
I like using oil paint to capture each snap of vibrance in my paintings. It takes longer to dry, but it lasts forever and it has a special glow.
02
Style
Expressionism is vibrant. The vibrance comes through in colour that is unmuted. Along with the vibrancy, my expressionism also uses exaggerated form.
03

I work with my clients to create a personalized plan to help them achieve their dreams.
04
Afrocentric Organic Curves
With my background from the Caribbean, in depth knowledge of art history and knowledge of African history, each piece is imbued in these cultures.
05
Children’s Books
I am signed up with a publisher to create illustrations like the ones in my gallery. But take a look, choose a style and we can portray your story!
06
Public Relations and Art
I have in depth knowledge of marketing and social media. In the 21st century, we artists need recognition, and I am in constant contact with my community.

Discover the bright, vibrant vibe of the Caribbean
In my paintings, I welcome you to a slice of vibrant Caribbean culture. The colours I use are vibrant, allowing you to step into the culture of this diaspora.
Step into the Caribbean Illustrator’s world
When I illustrate, my paintings are a perfect world for my characters to live in. Even if they are people or animals, you can make sure the story shines before you even start to read.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I contract you?
Email is best. Email me at hi (at) aniquesart.com
How do I pay?
You can choose to pay in 2 or 3 installments. I receive payments by cash or email money transfers. I may accept other ways, let’s chat.
What medium do you paint in?
I paint in the medium of oil.
How long would it take for me to get my painting?
Depending on the size of your painting, it would take about 6 months to dry, so plan ahead. Oil takes a while to dry fully, and you result is 100% quality.
What’s the best time for me to order a painting?
I paint outdoors, except for the colder months, that is January to March. Oil is toxic, so I don’t paint inside unless I have better ventilation. So the best time to order is between Spring and Summer.
